It is important to me that students feel comfortable and have fun while they learn so I like to start a fun exercise or game to break the ice and see where they are in the English language. This also allows us to get to know each other with no pressure! I studied Creative Writing for my bachelor's degree at New York University and writing and reading are truly my biggest passions and strengths. I have worked in journalism and publishing and am now pursuing a master's degree here in Germany. Previously, I have tutored children from ages 5 to 9 as well as at the college level when I worked as a student tutor. In 2018 I also earned my CELTA certificate to teach English as a second language.
